Bloggers at risk for heart disease

 Bloggers are very at risk for heart disease and other illnesses. Most bloggers don’t sleep enough. We know this to be true because most bloggers can’t afford to blog full time. Most people hold down full time jobs then come home and at some point start blogging late at night or in the early morning hours. Their diets are usually crummy. They drink a soda pop and munch on chips while blogging. . . and typing on the key board doesn’t count as exercise.

If you want to live a healthy life, you should consider this:

(1) Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleep is important for the repair of damage to your body’s cells during the day. Bloggers who lack of sleep increases the risk for developing diabetes, cardiovascular disease obesity and infections.

(2)Your diet should consist of daily servings of fruit, vegetables, protein, and water. If you are reading this with a soda pop in your hand, you should evaluate your diet. A healthy diet is critical.

(3) Exercise at least four times per week for 45 to 60 minutes. Exercise reduces your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes and obesity and helps relieve stress and anxiety.

In summary, get enough sleep, exercise and have a healthy diet.
